Description:
The Exposition Construction Authority (Expo or Authority) is seeking BIDS from qualified firms to provide civil construction services for Phase 1 Street Improvements. The Project includes civil construction in six locations: (1) Street improvements at Rodeo Road and Cimarron Street adjacent to TPSS #4; (2) Sidewalk reconstruction at Northeast and Northwest corners of La Salle and Exposition Boulevard; (3) Flower Street and 37th Street intersection reconstruction; (4) 28th Street and 30th Street Roadway Reconstruction: (5) Wall Street Roadway Reconstruction; and (6) Washington Boulevard Westbound curb lane reconstruction from Hope Street to Metro Blue Line Junction. Work includes:
· Clearing and grubbing trees, shrubs, concrete
· New curb, gutter, driveway, sidewalk and ADA ramps
· Grind and AC overlay
· Relocate street lights and roadway signing Striping
· Landscape planting and irrigation
· Traffic control
· SWPP
· Removal and replacement in kind of private property block walls
