Solicitation Documents for the Construction of the Phase 2 Operations and Maintenance Facility

On Thursday, February 7, 2013 the Authority’s Board of Directors identified the four best qualified prime contractors and joint ventures to be invited to submit sealed bids for the construction of the Phase 2 Operations and Maintenance Facility.  In addition the evaluation team also pre-qualified a number of key subcontractors who may participate in the solicitation.  The list of the pre-qualified Prime Contractors and Joint Ventures is available under A. below. The list of pre-qualified Prime Subcontractors  is available under B. below. The solicitation package including the technical specifications and drawings will be available on this website during the week of February 11, 2013.
